What if I've never cut short hair before?
This workshop is designed for working barbers and hairdressers of all skill levels. We start with fundamentals and build from there. You'll practice on models with live correction throughout the day.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 14 days before the workshop. 50% refund up to 7 days before. No refunds within 7 days of the workshop date.
Will there be recordings or follow-up materials?
Yes. You'll receive technique templates, reference materials, and access to a private community. No video recordings — this is about hands-on learning, not passive viewing.
Can I bring a friend or colleague?
Absolutely. Group bookings are welcome. Each person books their own seat, but we'll seat friends together. Group discounts available for 3+ attendees.
What if I don't feel confident by end of day?
We offer a 30-day follow-up call with Ian. If you attend, implement, and still don't feel clear, we'll move you to another date at no cost.
Do I need to bring my own tools?
No. All clippers and professional tools will be provided. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer to practice with your own equipment.
